SOS International, LLC (SOSi) is currently seeking an Intermediate Business Systems Analyst (Web) in Fort Huachuca, AZ. The Intermediate Business Systems Analyst reports to the Web Development Team Lead.

• Design, develop, troubleshoot, debug, and implements software code for website component(s).
• Work with graphic designers and other members of a project team to develop the site concept, interface design, and architecture of the website.
• Assume responsibility for interface implementation.
• Integrate web applications with backend databases.
• Deploy large web-based transaction systems using application servers.
• Research, test, build, and coordinate new product integration per production and client requirements.
• Possess strong navigation and site-design instincts.
• Follow ITIL best practices to manage tickets and processes.
• Develop and/or maintain SOPs, TTPs, and SmartBooks associated with current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.
• Participate in special projects as required.
• Lead/manage high-level administrative/technical taskings with senior level assistance.
• Collaborate with GTMs, Branch Chiefs, Division Chiefs and RCC-C Leadership.

• Active in scope SECRET clearance or the ability to obtain Interim SECRET eligibility
• HS +8 years of experience, AA/AS +6 or BA/BS +4
• ITIL Foundations Certification
• Ability to perform on-call and after duty hours as needed
• Communicate effectively both orally and in a written form with users and office staff
• Capable of explaining complex procedures both verbally and in writing
• Work independently and within a team structure
• Ability to set priorities and organize work to meet deadlines
• Establish and maintain a cooperative working relationship with those contacted during the course of the work day
• Ability to solve problems quickly and completely in a logical manner

• ITILv4 Certification
• Fluency in a foreign language is desirable, but not required

• Working conditions are normal for an office environment.

• May require periods of non-traditional working hours including consecutive nights or weekends (if applicable)
