Overview

SOS International, LLC (SOSi) is currently seeking an CPI/CSI Management Process Analyst in Fort Huachuca, AZ. The CPI/CSI Management Process Analyst reports to the ITIL Senior SME and is responsible for the CPI/CSI Management Process.

Responsibilities

  • Apply ITSM and S2DF process-based approach to design, plan, deliver, operate and manage CPI/CSI Process services.
  • Formulate and define systems scope and objectives based on user needs and applicable business systems and industry requirements.
  • Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results.
  • Include analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications.
  • Work at the highest technical level of most phases of systems analysis while considering the business implications on the application of technology related to current and future business environment.
  • Follow ITIL best practices to manage tickets and processes associated with problem management, availability & capacity management, incident management, change management, and service asset & configuration management.
  • Develop and/or maintain SOPs, TTPs, and SmartBooks associated with current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.
  • Participate in special projects as required.

Qualifications

  • Active in scope SECRET clearance or the ability to obtain Interim SECRET eligibility
  • HS +8 years of experience, AA/AS +6 or BA/BS +4
  • ITIL Foundation Certification
  • Ability to perform on-call and after duty hours as needed
  • Communicate effectively both orally and in a written form with users and office staff
  • Capable of explaining complex procedures both verbally and in writing
  • Work independently and within a team structure
  • Ability to set priorities and organize work to meet deadlines
  • Establish and maintain a cooperative working relationship with those contacted during the course of the work day
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and completely in a logical manner

Preferred Qualifications

  • ITILv4 Certification
  • Fluency in a foreign language is desirable, but not required

Working Conditions

  • Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
  • Fast paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • May require periods of non-traditional working hours including consecutive nights or weekends (if applicable)
