Overview

SOS International, LLC (SOSi) is currently seeking an Access Management Team Lead in Fort Huachuca, AZ. The Access Management Team Lead reports to the Sustainment Branch Manager and is responsible for the Access Management and Access Control workstreams to include the management of all accounts, credentials, badges, network access, and access control to the RCC-C NOF.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize a Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) approach issue accounts, credentials, and access to individuals based on their function/role.
  • Verify and track that individuals have the necessary certifications, clearances, and training required to receive access based on their function/role.
  • Validate and track certification and training requirements for all personnel supporting the RCC-C.
  • Report monthly on the status of RCC-C contractor certification and training compliance.
  • Create accounts and issue badges, keys, and tokens upon contractor hire.
  • Terminate accounts and collect badges, keys, and tokens upon contractor termination.
  • Perform floor checks at the start and end of their assigned shift to ensure doors, hard drives, and safes are properly secured.
  • Process and route contractor 2875s to the applicable approvers to streamline account request approval.
  • Supervisory responsibility to include but not limited to: reporting and timekeeping; technical/administrative training; correspond with the government; effectively utilize all team resources through scheduling; support management decision-making; recommend/take action regarding recognition and discipline; and recommend innovative solutions to more effectively and efficiently support work performance.
  • Processes Managed: In-Processing, Out-Processing, Transfer Process; SIPR token, ASCL token issuance process; Certification and annual training tracking process; Proxy badge process; ITSM Account creation; Daily and monthly security walk through process (reception); Checking badges and validating JPAS (reception); SF-701/SF-702 documentation; Safe codes, door codes, cipher codes process; Managing keys for the organization; Managing inventory in safes; Assisting external customers with creating ITSM accounts.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all access management and physical security activities.
  • Prioritize user support and access while enforcing security standards and requirements.
  • Follow ITIL best practices to manage tickets and processes.
  • Provide on-call support after business hours and during weekends when required.
  • Provide guidance and work leadership and structure to less-experienced personnel and other technical staff to keep up with a dynamic prioritization effort.
  • Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.
  • Provide timely notification to the Government for any critical or high incidents.
  • Develop and/or maintain SOPs, TTPs, and SmartBooks associated with current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.
  • Participate in special projects as required.
  • Actively collaborate with GTMs, Branch Chiefs, Division Chiefs and RCC-C Leadership, as well as NECs, Brigades, and Operations Centers external to the RCC-C.

Qualifications

  • Active in scope SECRET clearance
  • HS +12 years of customer service or AA/AS +10 or BA/BS +8
  • IAT II certification (CCNA-Security, CND, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, or SSCP) required at hire
  • Experience managing or leading a team of employees
  • Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Scheduling flexibility, to include nights, weekends and/or holidays, as needed
  • Occasional travel may be required for work or training purposes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ITIL Foundation Certification
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to express a positive attitude towards others
  • Logically process and diagnose information assurance and security related issues
  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and complete objectives on-time
  • Ability to resolve problems independently
  • Preferred experience in Physical and Traditional Security
  • Fluency in a foreign language is desirable, but not required.

Working Conditions

  • May require periods of non-traditional working hours including consecutive nights or weekends (if applicable)
