SOS International, LLC (SOSi) is currently seeking a SA Cell Team Lead in Fort Huachuca, AZ. The SA Cell Team Lead reports directly to the Theater Operations Branch Manager and has overall responsibility for help desk staff and the activities associated with the identification, prioritization, and resolution of reported problems. The SA Cell Team Lead supervises the SA Cell Team to provide Cyber Threat Awareness Reports on network threats/trends to the theater and is responsible for overall technical and personnel management of the Situation Awareness mission. 

• Supervisory responsibilities to include but not limited to:
  • reporting and timekeeping; technical/administrative training; assuring ITIL process compliance; actively communicating with the government to include utilizing MS Teams; scheduling to effectively utilize all team resources; support management decision-making; committing to quality management standards, QA/QC compliance, and metrics analysis.
  • Coordinates team schedules ensuring mission coverage.
  • The SA Cell Team Lead trains, mentors, coaches, and enforces the SOSi code of conduct; code of conduct for all workers; recommending innovative solutions to more effectively and efficiently support work performance; provides performance feedback and appraisals for all direct reports, as well as second-level approval for Team Leads that directly report to RCC-C Branch Managers; nominating employee recognition and awards program; supporting leadership development and succession planning program.
• Lead all coordination efforts involving RCC-C and DISA Authorized Service Interruptions (ASIs). Provide real-time SA and reporting of incidents and outages impacting RCC-C Managed DODIN-A.
• Assign personnel to various operations and direct their activities.
• Review and evaluate work and prepare performance reports.
• Notify the Government immediately for any critical incidents, outages and/or intrusions detected and follow established procedures regarding tracking and reporting as outlined in established SOPs, policy and guidance.
• Create Network Bulletins and distribute to affected parties.
• Perform AARs that encapsulate the entirety of the issue, response and remediation from a holistic perspective across the DoD Grid which is inclusive of all Service Provider (e.g. DISA, ARCYBER, 7SC, etc.).
• Provide daily updates on situational awareness to leadership/pertinent agencies.
• Provide Cyber Threat Awareness Reports on network threats/trends to the theater.
• Produce informational reports for the CONUS Theater stakeholders to address evolving cyber threats/trends in order to increase situational awareness and affect positive changes to the defensive posture of the DoDIN-A.
• Develop and disseminate reports weekly, or as needed depending on the criticality of the event, in order to maximize awareness of a potential impact to Commanders and other Stakeholders.
• Organize the SA Cell Team to collaborate with associate Branches and Divisions, e.g. DCO Division, to contribute and document the analysis, findings and process to capture/identify threat, including any identified advanced persistent threat that is currently not being detected through traditional means, the process and/or tools used to capture/identify threat and a recommended repeatable process to facilitate further triage efforts and situational awareness of the DCO Analysts.
• Follow ITIL best practices to manage tickets and processes.
• Participate in special projects as required.
• Actively collaborate with GTMs, Branch Chiefs, Division Chiefs and RCC-C Leadership.

• Active in scope SECRET clearance or the ability to obtain Interim SECRET eligibility
• HS +12 years of experience, AA/AS +10 or BA/BS +8
• Ability to perform on-call and after duty hours as needed
• Communicate effectively both orally and in a written form with users and office staff
• Capable of explaining complex procedures both verbally and in writing
• Work independently and within a team structure
• Ability to set priorities and organize work to meet deadlines
• Establish and maintain a cooperative working relationship with those contacted during the course of the work day
• Ability to solve problems quickly and completely in a logical manner

• ITIL Foundations Certification
• PMP Certification
• 3-5 years or more of supervisory experience.
• Fluency in a foreign language is desirable, but not required

• Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
• Fast paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• May require periods of non-traditional working hours including consecutive nights or weekends (if applicable)
