SOS International LLC (SOSi), is currently seeking an Admin & Logistics Team Lead in Ft. Huachuca, AZ. The Admin & Logistics Team Lead reports to the Sustainment Branch Manager and is responsible for overseeing the accountability of the RCC-C IT service asset portfolio, all technical requirements associated with performing Logistics Support Services and Administration support for the RCC-C Sustainment Division mission. The Admin & Logistics Team Lead supervises employees providing logistical support services for IT equipment and who assist in the design, development, and implementation of data gathering and reporting methods and procedures within the sustainment and support branch. 


  • Supervisory responsibilities to include but not limited to:
    • Reporting and timekeeping; technical/administrative training; assuring ITIL process compliance; actively communicating with the government to include utilizing MS Teams; scheduling to effectively utilize all team resources; support management decision-making; committing to quality management standards, QA/QC compliance, and metrics analysis.
    • Coordinates team schedules ensuring mission coverage.
    • Trains, mentors, coaches, and enforces the SOSi code of conduct.
    • Assures ATCTS reporting compliance and employees training and certifications are current. 
    • Recommends innovative solutions to more effectively and efficiently support work performance.
    • Provides performance feedback and appraisals for all direct reports.
    • Nominates employees for recognition and awards program.
    • Supports leadership development and succession planning program.
  • Possess expert level knowledge of GCSS-Army rules, operations, and practices to maintain and create hand receipts.
  • Utilize several automated supply databases including GCSS-Army to maintain hand receipt accountability and Logistics documentation.
  • Assist with monthly 10% and yearly 100% inventories or cyclic inventories and update databases accordingly.
  • Regularly process property for proper re-utilization, redistribution, or final disposal to DRMO utilizing the automated property book system and hand receipt system.
  • Generate and process a variety of supply forms related to Logistics including documenting receipt, issue, transfer, and shipping of property daily.
  • Possess the necessary specialized and thorough knowledge of Army supply policies, regulations, and procedures to perform technical supply support duties.
  • Aid Logistics with preparation for the annual Command Supply Discipline Program (CSDP).
  • Track equipment moves and additions within GCSS-A.
  • Perform duties related to office automation requiring skill in general office machines, software, email, and the internet.
  • Assist in the production of procurement packages.
  • Assist in customer service functions and provide office supplies to personnel.
  • Possess expert level knowledge of Army supply policies, regulations, and procedures to perform technical supply support duties.
  • Demonstrate expert level knowledge of GCSS-Army rules, operations, and practices to maintain and create hand receipts.
  • Support all lifecycle refresh and renewal services including: IBM Servers Maintenance, Dell servers HW, Symantec hardware, UPS maintenance contract, EMC Data Domain appliance, Wireless Service Coverage, CAC Access Control System, EMC VNX 5400, LCR laptops, Red Hat SW, Infoblox SIPR DNS Contract, Blue Coat ESA, NIPR/SIPR zero client, and TRSP Virtual Infrastructure (SIPR) Cisco equipment.
  • Maintain an accurate and authoritative repository of RCC-C service assets tracked by device age and lifecycle timeline.
  • Provide real time status of the RCC-C service asset portfolio including hardware, software, and utilities to support budget planning and acquisition timeline.
  • Report the full listing of on-hand service assets along with a supporting lifecycle management plan for asset refresh.
  • Track assets, capabilities, and licenses from origin to disposal by Enterprise, Theater, and RCC-C control.
  • Capture and track all ancillary items necessary to provide full service/capability to the warfighter.
  • Recommend procedural changes to improve efficiency of operations, when needed.
  • Function as a technical coordinator and internal consultant regarding the needs and requirements of Distribution Operations data processing.
  • Be responsible for the tracking, analysis and forecasting of storage capacities, inventory levels, equipment, and manpower requirements.
  • Assist in the supervision of warehouse employees.
  • Maintain procedures relating to logistics functions to include lifecycle management, property control GFP/GFE, and property management compliance.
  • Follow ITIL best practices to manage tickets and processes.
  • Participate in special projects as required


  • Active in scope SECRET clearance or the ability to obtain Interim SECRET eligibility
  • HS +12 years of related experience or AA/AS +10 or BA/BS +8
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • ITIL Foundation Certification
  • Cyber Supply Chain Risk Management (FedVTE)
  • Fluency in a foreign language is desirable, but not required
