SOS International, LLC (SOSi) is currently seeking a Senior Windows Systems Administrator - Security in Fort Huachuca, AZ. The Senior WSMT Security Administrator reports to the WSMT Windows Systems Section Lead and always maintains a security focus in support of the mission. The Senior WSMT Systems Administrator is responsible for technical, physical, and administrative safety of information systems.

• Assume responsibility for ensuring data is safe from alteration or erasure.
• Authenticate the identity of entities that information systems communicate with thorough methods such as two or three-way handshake, token systems, or telephone callbacks.
• Assume responsibility for ensuring closed networks have proper access control or open networks have encryption.
• Document risk analysis and risk management programs in compliance with federal regulations.
• Build and sustain systems in accordance with all IA controls.
• Support patching and system hardening through STIG application.
• Develops, updates, and provides evidence for POAM maintenance and resolutions for all team controlled assets identified with an open security vulnerability requiring mitigation.
• Mentor Junior personnel.
• Provide overall direction and guidance to assigned project managers.
• Prepare activity and progress reports regarding all systems analysis and programming sections.
• Follow ITIL best practices to manage tickets and processes.
• Develop and/or maintain SOPs, TTPs, and SmartBooks associated with current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.
• Participate in special projects as required.
• Collaborate with GTMs, Branch Chiefs, Division Chiefs and RCC-C Leadership.

• Active in scope Top Secret (TS) with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance or the abililty to obtain an Interim Top Secret/SCI eligibility
• HS +12 years of experience, AA/AS +10 or BA/BS +8
• An IAT II certification (CCNA-Security, CND, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, or SSCP) is required
• Experience with Server 2012 R2 administration
• Experience with physical (Dell, HP, IBM) and virtual (VMware/Hyper-V) systems
• Knowledge of client/server hardware and software configuration

• ITIL Foundations Certification
• Knowledge of the following:
  • McAfee Host Based Security System (HBSS)
  • Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
  • Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM)
  • Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS)
  • DISA STIGs and IAVAs
• Be able to effectively communicate with team members and customers
• Work independently and as a team member; set priorities and organize work to meet deadlines
• Willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as necessary
• Fluency in a foreign language is desirable, but not required
