SOSi is currently seeking an experienced Senior Compensation Analyst to join our HR organization.  The Sr. Compensation Analyst will be responsible performing a full scope of activities associated with the development and administration of compensation programs designed to support the growth of the business, our employees and the company’s overall mission.  This role will provide compensation support to our business partners and lead compensation projects and processes.

• Manages and administers the employer compensation programs, including base pay, incentive pay, bonus programs and performance management programs
• Evaluates jobs, determine pay grades, and performs associated analysis
• Analyzes data for pay adjustments to ensure compliance with compensation policy
• Establish and maintain knowledge of the businesses and internal team processes and initiatives to provide context for data gathering, reporting and recommending solutions
• Participates in a variety of compensation surveys to collect and analyze information
• Develops strong partnerships with HR business partners, recruiting and business leaders in the organization to identify and solve compensation related issues
• Prepares recommendations and studies on incentive compensation and bonus plans
• Analyze data and identify trends in compensation
• Provide compensation recommendations for base and variable pay to ensure compensation decisions are driven by market data
• Research market pricing, manage annual salary surveys, and administer annual salary planning
• Meet with company managers to explore potential solutions to their compensation related questions

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; OR equivalent combination of education and experience 


• Minimum of five years in Human Resources with a minimum of two years of compensation experience


• Exposure to global compensation


• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Government contracting experience
• ADP Vantage
• Advanced Excel skills

• Normal office working conditions.
• Requires periods of non-traditional hours including nights or weekends when necessary.
