SOSi is currently seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Developer to join our team in St Louis, MO.

• Interact with customers and development team to gather and define requirements while adhering to an agile software development lifecycle.
• Develops content and maintains associated systems for agency internal and/or external web sites, including sites hosted on classified networks.  
• Analyze and study customer requirements to determine the most effective software and web technologies to satisfy their needs.
• Design, create, test, and maintain software and web based applications and content solutions to satisfy customer requirements.
• Collaborate with operators and other software engineers to develop and debug applications
• Draft technical documents such as software code documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, API documentation, code comments, and clear code
• Engineer and maintain software and web development technical documentation to assist with software and web application maintenance and upgrades.
• Provide software process management and configuration management throughout the software/web development lifecycle using modern cloud technologies such as Jenkins, GitLab and Docker
• Assist in database migration, database change management, data management from legacy systems to provided cloud and PaaS (platform as a service) environments.  

• Active in-scope DOD Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance


• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience. Demonstrates ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and / or technically advanced.


• Demonstrates ability to structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines


• 3+ years of experience in web dev


• Experience with Git or similar version control software in a team environment


• Solid knowledge of modern web technologies (HTML5/CSS3/JS)


• Experience creating high fidelity design mockups


• A drive to analyze, diagnose, and successfully solve complex problems


• Demonstrates ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction

• Experience implementing and supporting cross domain interoperability.


• Experience in either Javascript, Java (Spring Boot), or React


• 3+ years of experience in web dev or a technical certification in the area of responsibility.


• Experience with CI/CD and within the software development lifecycle


• Experience maintaining a live enterprise web application at scale


• Experience with translating Aeronautical, Topographical, Maritime, and Geomatics business rules from SQLs statements and plain language into a standardized format that is compatible with adaptive technological solutions.

• Working environment is typical of an office setting.
