SOSi is seeking a highly qualified C4I System Administrator to support a government customer in Curacao.  The ideal candidate will have experience overseeing the system administration and management, C4I systems and services.

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all circuits and equipment IAW applicable publications, directives, Technical Orders (TO), Operating Instructions (OI), and service manuals. 
• Perform operational checks to verify all equipment is serviceable and able to support mission requirements as directed by the customer; document all maintenance actions in the Data Management System. 
• Systems shall meet or exceed published Equipment Reliability (Er) rates. 
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance services for C4I systems listed in PWS.
• Coordinate all system outages including changes and deviations in reportable equipment listed in PWS; provide customer with a report of all maintenance actions upon request. 
• Coordinate all new communications requirements IAW customer guidance. 
• Create, process/route, and track requirements utilizing the Cyberspace Infrastructure Planning System/WOMS (CIPS/WOMS). 
• Coordinate all communications infrastructure or systems changes through all appropriate agencies.
• Coordinate and assist troubleshooting efforts at all locations; ensure restoration of all circuit and system outages affecting mission.
• Notify external communications service providers of all outages isolated to their systems within 15 minutes of discovery. 
• Coordinate circuit and systems outages, affecting the mission, with external communications providers until services are restored. 
• Provide troubleshooting assistance to outside agencies to resolve long-haul communication problems directly related to circuits flowing through customer equipment; Maintain a proactive stance to assist outside agencies with troubleshooting to facilitate minimal downtime.
• Perform client support administration for all systems and equipment identified in PWS
• Manage all desktop and laptop computer systems and peripherals; provide configuration control of desktop hardware and software.
• Procure, update, and maintain all commercial publications and software used by government systems.  Systems included in PWS.
• Document and maintain system configuration.

• Active in Scope Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in area of expertise or related discipline AND demonstrated investigative, verbal and writing skills.
  • Certification: DoD 8570.01-M Information Assurance Technician Level 2 baseline and computing/networking environment certification to match assigned duties.
•  10 years of experience in BOTH the area of expertise and working independently or as a group member OR;
• 15 or more years of experience in BOTH the area of expertise required or related discipline AND working as the leader of a group member while addressing this Contract requirements or related discipline AND working as the leader of a group member while addressing this Contract requirements.
• Maintain operational, configuration, and other standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Manage Windows user accounts.
• Must have general knowledge of hardening and configuration support of systems in compliance security standards.
• Must have Remedy experience, to include tracking/reporting.
• Assist end users with account issues, via Active Directory.
• Must have experience with NIPR and SIPR for Air Force systems.
• Must have 5 years experience with NIPR and SIPR for DoD systems.
• Must be able to repair/replace hardware, to include: converters, gateways, switches, multiplexers, bridges/routers, and encryption devices.
• Must be able to troubleshoot using the following test equipment: analog/digital multimeters, line tester, oscilloscope, fiber/copper testers, and signal/function generator.
• Must be able to update configuration management using automated systems (NOTAMs/patches) i.e. ACT.

• Fluency in a foreign language is desirable, but not required.

• Long hours, exposure to weather and contingency conditions.
