Overview

SOS International, LLC (SOSi) is currently seeking an Associate Access Management Specialist in Fort Huachuca, AZ. The ideal candidate will be someone who possesses experience in physical and traditional security practices.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all reporting aspects for the Access Management team, to include:
    • 8570.01 weekly and monthly reports
    • Training tracking and reporting
    • STIG checklists
    • Account Audits
    • Weekly Action Report
    • Any or all ad-hoc requests
  • Monitor and manage ATCTS certification and training profiles for all RCC-C employees
  • Maintain and update all training and certification requirements to meet contractual obligations
  • Assist in the creation, maintenance and/or review of written documentation and procedures for the RCC-C and Access Management Team
  • Assist in the creation and facilitation of additional skill development topics and training items
  • Maintain and update Access Management team SharePoint resources
  • Assist with weekly, monthly and annual team audits to ensure compliance
  • Monitor incidents and service requests using BMC Remedy ITSM and provide the requested support within established Service Level Targets (SLT)
  • Take appropriate action as necessary to ensure proper handling of classified material in order to mitigate any possibility of breaches in security, policy, or procedures
  • Effectively manage time and effort to ensure on-time completion of all assigned tasks 
  • Support special projects as needed to achieve organizational goals and/or mission objectives
  • Coordinate with external organizations such as Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM), U.S. Army Cyber Command (USARCYBER) and Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) as needed to support customer request
  • Be an outgoing individual who enjoys problem solving and helping others

Qualifications

• Active in scope SECRET clearance or the ability to obtain Interim SECRET eligibility
• HS +2 years customer service or AA/AS
• Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Ability to support a rotating shift schedule and after hours/ On-call duties
• Demonstrate attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and adjust quickly to ad-hoc tasks
• Demonstrate clear written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated and pro-active attitude

Preferred Qualifications

  • Security+CE or equivalent IAT II certification
  • Fluency in a foreign language is desirable, but not required

Working Conditions

  • Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
  • Fast paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • May require periods of non-traditional working hours including consecutive nights or weekends (if applicable)
