SOSi is currently seeking a Regional Manager to support a large language services contract in the CENTCOM AOR. The program supports various U.S. military commands, units, and task forces in the CENTCOM AOR.  The Regional Manager will oversee linguist personnel in multiple countries across the Middle East and South Asia. 

• Serves as the Regional Manager supervising a group of theater Site Managers and Assistant Site Managers that manage the cleared linguist workforce in multiple OCONUS locations.
• Provide support to and report to the Program Manager.
• Responsible for overall contract operations within their assigned geographic region and shall be SOSi’s primary cost, schedule, and performance interface with the Government ACOR within each region.
• Receive and execute technical taskings from the COR and/or ACOR.
• Assist with managing operations to ensure linguist staffing levels meet task order requirements, schedules are met, system resources are utilized effectively, and that proper relationships are established between customers and the contractor management team.
• Mentor Site Managers and Assistant Site Managers, providing guidance and advice in personnel matters.
• Implement and facilitate continuous process improvements.
• Coordinate resolutions to linguist performance-related problems with Site Managers and ACORs.
• This position requires full-time residence in an OCONUS location in the Middle East or South Asia.

• Active in Scope Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or five years of relevant management experience in lieu of education.
• At least two years of experience as a manager in the CENTCOM AOR.
• Ability to meet and sustain all CRC pre-deployment and deployment medical and dental screening process requirements.

• Master’s Degree is highly desirable, but not required.
• Experience in CENTCOM AO regional/political/military issues is highly desirable, but not required.
• Fluency in a foreign language is desirable, but not required.

• Residence and work location is within the USCENTCOM AOR.
• Living and working conditions at the assignment location could be remote and uncomfortable.
• Long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.
• Personnel should be prepared to move on short notice and under adverse conditions.
