SOS International, LLC (SOSi) is seeking a qualified, experienced, professional System Administrator III to join our FSO Services team in Charleston, SC. The Financial Systems Operations Unit is responsible for the operation of both domestic and overseas financial systems, including payroll, accounting, accounts receivable, disbursing, cash reconciliation, data warehouse, imaging, and Treasury reporting systems. The Unit is a DevOps environment that implements software deliveries from the Dev team, but also creates/develops scripting solutions to aid the Unit’s myriad of support objectives.  The work environment is low stress and conducive for expanding functional and technical knowledge. 

• Perform administrator and operational duties on computer systems, including monitoring and troubleshooting daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual automated job streams, and manually following and executing work instructions for various financial systems.
• Maintains files as required by the vendor or custom design application.
• Analyze, evaluate, and test software/hardware problems.
• Directs installation, planning and security of computer facilities.
• Develop and maintain systems configuration.
• Prepare activity and progress reports regarding support activities.
• Respond, investigate, and correct problems.
• Act as a resource for all users. Organize appropriate training. Utilize commercial off-the-shelf products.

• Security Clearance: Secret - must have Interim Secret to start
• Education: Four-year degree in computer science, business, or closely related field. Technical certification computer systems administration.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in supporting installed computer systems and the user communities supported by these systems. Experience with DoS financial systems such as RFMS, CFMS, RMS, Travel Manager or eTravel is preferred

• BMC Control-M batch scheduling software suite

• Work environment is normal for office setting in a multiple (closely located) building campus located in a Federal Facility.
• Possible remote work 80% of the time but must still be located in the Charleston, SC area.
• The workday is 8-hour and 45-minutes including a 45-minute non-compensated lunch. Work Schedule will be defined based on the work requirements of DoS Manager. The Contractor has a non-compensated, 45-minute lunch Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays observed at the government site. Performance under this task order may require work in excess of the normal forty-hour work week to include weekends as the workload requires it.  Work performed in excess of 40 hours may be scheduled or unscheduled work and must be authorized by your Project Manager and DoS Management.
