The Vice President of Marketing is a key member of the Exovera executive leadership team responsible for creating and owning the company’s overall marketing strategy including messaging, content and global amplification programs for Exovera’s core offerings.  This is a highly influential role reporting directly to the CEO with the opportunity to shape Exovera’s brand identity and business transformation.  We are looking for a leader who is passionate about creating and launching brands and experienced in developing an integrated approach to marketing, advertising, industry relations and thought leadership.

• Develop marketing strategy including messaging, content and global amplification programs for Exovera’s core offerings.
• Drive pivotal transformation of existing branding, market positioning, and industry/customer engagement programs.
• Develop global marketing plan and manage execution of all aspects of outbound marketing, including data platform positioning and messaging, target customer definition, competitive strategy and tactics, industry analyst engagement, media relations, channel engagement, and demand generation.
• Lead internal communications and brand management, and serving as an ambassador of our, vision, mission, values
• Develop and manage social media messaging strategy and engaging social media content that drives ROI
• Write press releases, internal announcements, website and intranet content, and other written products, as required.
• Produce, or direct the production of communications including, but not limited to: website, intranet site, marketing collateral, templates, videos, photography, graphics and digital media.
• Developing, communicate and enforce communication policies and standards across the Company, including but not limited to: crisis communication, writing style, brand/style guides, and internal/external messaging and talking points.
• Develop, manage and evaluate community engagement strategies and relationships with external charities and non-profit organizations to support strategic goals
• Select and manage external vendors, including but not limited to marketing and public relations firms, graphic designers, web developers, technical writers, and SWAG suppliers, in partnership with the Purchasing and Contracts Departments (i.e. drafting work statements, performing technical evaluations, etc.).
• Implement the public relations strategy, manage media relationships, , and proactively pitch stories
• Manage trade show exhibits and recruiting events in partnership with the business units and the Business Development and Human Resources / Recruiting Departments.
• Identify, and draft submissions for both industry and non-industry-specific awards and recognitions.
• Identify and secure thought leadership opportunities, such as speaking engagements, social media posts, blog posts, editorials, etc., for senior leaders and executives.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or related field.
• Exceptional demonstrated verbal communication, presentation, writing, and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional work experience in marketing
• Minimum of five years of experience in a senior leadership role with direct budget and personnel management responsibility.
• Demonstrated social media expertise.
• SEO expertise, Conductor expertise preferred
