• Design and develop scalable, high availability, high performance components with a deep understanding of front end and back-end architectures

• Build core APIs on top of an existing database (MongoDB/DynamoDB) and search infrastructure (SOLR / Elasticsearch)

• Architect, design and deliver high-quality code independently following best practices.

• Write code to improve ETL, and data pipelines and data processing services

• Collaborate with a team of exceptionally talented developers, engineers, data scientists, and analysts

• Provide guidance and leadership to junior software development team members

• Attend daily standups and help with the agile development process

• 7+ years of professional experience developing with technologies like SOLR / Elasticsearch / Vue.js / React.js / Apache Nifi
• Experience with backend (server-side) programming and syntax – specifically in data querying and API services
• Solid knowledge of at least one of Java / Python / Go / Server Side JavaScript.
• Experience designing, configuring, and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Kubernetes, microservices, and containers
• Previous work in an Agile environment
• Ability to obtain a government Security clearance

• Secret clearance preferred, however, it is not required. In this role, we will be able to sponsor you to obtain a security clearance up to Top Secret.
