SOSi is currently seeking a Senior Program Manager to support a large intelligence support services contract in the CENTCOM AOR. The program supports the coordination, planning, and execution of intelligence collection operations, exploitation, production, dissemination, and analytic support in coordination with other entities and agencies in Kuwait.

• Manages project operations to ensure production schedules are met, system resources are utilized effectively, and that proper relationships are established between customers.
• Responsible for cost, schedule, performance and risk identification / mitigation on projects including but not limited to systems, tools, equipment, software, facilities and other activities. Coordinates resolutions to production-related problems.
• Demonstrates in-depth knowledge and understanding of the labor category activities required to meet mission
• Demonstrates mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and pursue developments in academia or other fields that affect tradecraft
• Demonstrates ability to define comprehensive, new, or unique research approaches that enable rigorous assessments to address and contribute to high-level tasks.
• Demonstrates in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries and clearly articulates key

• Demonstrates ability to review analytic products for cogent arguments, tradecraft standards, and adequate support for conclusions; routinely tests analytic rigor of analytic products.

• Active in scope Secret clearance is required, TS/SCI is a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or eight years relevant management experience in lieu of education.
• 8 years of experience working in Government environment as either a Member of the U.S. Armed Forces, Government or Contractor employee with at least five years management experience including leading large complex projects or multi-disciplined teams.
• At least two years of experience in the USCENTCOM.

• Master’s Degree is highly desirable, but not required.
• Experience in either Afghanistan, Iraq/SWA regional/political/military issues is highly desirable, but not required.
• Fluency in a foreign language is desirable, but not required.

• Frequent travel and TDY within the USCENTCOM AOR.
• Living and working conditions at the assignment location could be remote and uncomfortable.
• Long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.
• Personnel should be aware of moving on short notice and under adverse conditions.
