SOSi is currently seeking a Site Lead to support a large intelligence support services contract in the CENTCOM AOR. The program supports the coordination, planning, and execution of intelligence collection operations, exploitation, production, dissemination, and analytic support in coordination with other entities and agencies in Jacksonville, Florida.

Responsibilities

  • Performs supervisory duties over all other SOSi team members on assigned tasks.
  • Acts as the primary point of contact for the customer for assigned site.
  • Interacts with senior command elements and interprets requirements.
  • Strong leadership, management and communication skills are essential.
  • Activley participate in meetings, briefings, conferences, seminars, progress reviews, etc. This may include providing management, technical, cost, or schedule information and other advice and assistance to the customer.
  • Maintain and facilitate continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Active in scope Secret clearance is required, TS/SCI is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or eight years relevant management experience in lieu of education.
  • 8 years’ experience with former MOS 35L, 35M, 351L/M, 35E, or civilian 1811/0132 (equivalent to GG-14 level) or other DoD/Joint service equivalent specialty codes such as 18F = Special Forces (SF) Intelligence  NCO or 180A SF WO with Advanced Special Operations Techniques-III (ASOT –III), or United States Air Force (USAF) 7XOS1 – Special Investigator (SI) or 1N7X1 HUMINT Specialist is a plus.  
  • Administrative personnel, HR, contract and logistical management and support experience is a plus.
  • Experience in a remote/deployed location.
  • Capable of effectively operating as a member of a joint/combined intelligence team.
  • Proficient in using basic computer applications to include MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and current information automation and dissemination (KM) tools such as SharePoint or other KM tools.
  • Experience supporting CI/HUMINT operations OR acting in the capacity of / performing the mission of a CI Agent.
  • Possess expert level CI/HUMINT knowledge and abilities.
  • Have familiarity with Coalition operations and staff procedures.
  • Experience and familiarity with theater and division level CI/HUMINT operations.
  • Proven abilities in planning and conduct of CI/HUMINT operations.
  • Able to interact with senior government of military leadership.
  • Ability to meet and sustain all pre-deployment and deployment medical and dental screening process requirements.
  • Proficient at briefing senior government or military leadership at or above the COL/O6 level.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in a foreign language is desirable, but not required.

  • Living and working conditions at the assignment location could be remote and uncomfortable
  • Long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions
  • Personnel should be aware of moving on short notice and under adverse conditions
