SOSi is currently seeking a Senior All-Source Intelligence Analyst (HUMINT Focus) to support a large intelligence support services contract in the CENTCOM AOR. The program supports the coordination, planning, and execution of intelligence collection operations, exploitation, production, dissemination, and analytic support in coordination with other entities and agencies in Jacksonsville, Florida.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for final review of intelligence reports and prompt delivery to the customer at all levels.
  • Leads in the research of all-source data and assists other intelligence analysts in the operation and use of intelligence tools.
  • Work as a member of a government and contractor team conducting signal, imagery, and multi-source intelligence analysis.

Qualifications

  • Active in scope TS/SCI within the last five years OR Open Periodic Reinvestigation (PR) PR enrolled in Continuous Evaluation (CE) with a current CI scope polygraph – (with minimum one year currency) OR willing to undergo CI scope Polygraph prior to deployment PLUS
  • Bachelor’s Degree OR eight years of DoD specialized training is a plus.
  • 8 years analytical experience (of which at least two years are CI/HUMINT/intelligence analysis experience) at the operational/strategic level within DoD or equivalent Government agencies and requires former MOS 35F, 350F, 18F, 35D, 34A, or USMC – 0205 Master Analyst, 0231 Intelligence Specialist, 0239 Intelligence Analyst, 0291 Intelligence Chief or U.S. Navy – Navy Intelligence Specialist or USAF – 14NX Intelligence Officer , 1N1XX Operations Intelligence, 1N771 Human Intelligence Specialist, 1N451A Intelligence Fusion Analyst or other equivalent DoD Joint Service or other service specialty codes is a plus.   
  • Experience with assessment of sources and their reporting through the corroboration of source reporting and providing analytical feedback.
  • Proficient in utilizing standard computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development.
  • Possess strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
  • Be capable of effectively operating as a member of an analytical team from a remote location in support of CJOA requirements.
  • Briefing skills to include the ability to clearly articulate complex information.
  • Deployed experience in Syria, Afghanistan, Iraq/SWA regional issues, and CI/HUMINT, CT, political and military analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree highly desired, but not required.
  • Experience in Syria, Afghanistan, Iraq/SWA regional issues, HUMINT, CI, CT, or political/military analysis.
  • Tactical and/or operational level experience.
  • Eight years CI/HUMINT experience
  • Fluency in a foreign language is desirable, but not required.

Working Conditions

  • Living and working conditions at the assignment location could be remote and uncomfortable.
  • Long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.
  • Personnel should be aware of moving on short notice and under adverse conditions.
