SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a Business Administrator in Sierra Vista, AZ.  The ideal candidate will be someone who possesses experience in planning and coordination of special projects, initiatives and supporting tasks related to program-wide activities and priorities as assigned by the Program Manager.


  • Provide administrative and operational support to various contract leadership teams at local and remote sites
  • Point of contact for local employee inquiries
  • Continual process improvement to meet increasing baseline support demands
  • Plans and coordinates priority projects and initiatives as assigned by the Program Manager
  • Assists in the development and implementation of program policies, processes, procedures and monitoring the achievement of program objectives
  • Coordinates efforts with various program departments, to include Operations, Human Resources, Quality Management, procurement, Communications, Finance, and corporate support teams
  • Researches and analyzes operational, financial, and administrative data to assist in the evaluation of cost, quality, and performance within estimated timeframes and budget
  • Communicates with program and corporate stakeholders in support of directed activities
  • Utilizes various Microsoft suite products and other databases to achieve assigned tasks
  • Develops and maintains program files and program databases per direction of the Program Manager
  • Collects and analyzes information and prepares reports regarding program metrics and operational activities
  • Coordinates, schedules, and provides logistical arrangements for conferences and meetings, including but not limited to assembling background materials, record of proceedings, etc.
  • Maintains appropriate records of research methods and results of data collection in written reports
  • Facilities management: supplies inventory; invoices; key control
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the Program Manager


  • Bachelor’s degree in data or business management or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, and minimum seven years of experience directly related to program and/or project management support services
  • Computer and software proficiency to include the use of MS Office, MS SharePoint, Deltek, and Chrome River.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and organizational skills, strong work ethic and ability to understand and appreciate mission requirements
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including developing and delivering presentations
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Capacity to communicate effectively with internal and external customers in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance.
  • Fluency in a foreign language is desirable, but not required

Working Conditions

  • This is not a telework position; working conditions are normal for an office environment.
  • Fast paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • May require ability to lift/and or move objects or packages of up to 25 lbs
  • May require periods of non-traditional working hours including consecutive nights or weekends (if applicable)
