SOSi is seeking a Program Manager to join our team supporting a USG customer in the Washington DC Metro area. The Program Manager has authority to act on behalf of SOSi and has full responsibility for the overall effective management and allocation of the personnel and resources necessary to meet all program contract specifications.  The Program Manager is responsible for all program related issues and will make decisions that impact both performance and cost. 

Use your experience as a career intelligence analyst/tradecraft evaluator, to lead your team to develop specialized Research and Development (R&D), intelligence analysis and tradecraft expertise. Your attention to detail to develop written reviews of analysis will give your client actionable insights. If you have a strong understanding of analytic tradecraft standards and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to lead efforts to enhance IC effectiveness.

• Serve as the Government’s main POC and provide overall direction of program activities and management of personnel.
• Manage schedules to provide on time performance of all aspects of the contract. This includes all deliverables in order to meet milestones, tasks and subtasks for the government.
• Provide direction for operations, ensuring compliance with all management policies and procedures.
• Provide recommendations for the resolution of technical problems.
• Manage a team of technical professionals conducting Research and Development, Analytic Tradecraft Development, Intelligence Analysis, Exploitation, Data Engineering and more.
• Collaborate in a blended environment with civilian, military and contractor personnel.
• Using your comprehensive knowledge and understanding of analytic tradecraft, you’ll provide leadership, guidance and oversight to your team.
• Develop tradecraft aids, and assist with efforts to achieve functional management of the IC's analytic community, as your team builds assessments for analytic leaders across the IC.
• As the authority on analytic tradecraft, your client will look to you for recommendations. This is a chance to apply your expertise to improve the IC analytic enterprise.
• Provide expertise with other analysts through your evaluations, leadership and mentoring.
• Identify new opportunities to help your customers meet their toughest analytic challenges.

• 20+ years of progressive experience supporting the development or evaluation of finished intelligence products in alignment with analytic tradecraft standards
• 10+ years of experience working in the intelligence community
• Experience writing analytic products and evaluations
• Experience evaluating IC analytic products
• Experience applying IC analytic standards, tradecraft, and methodologies to resolve intelligence problems
• Knowledge of IC structure and IC members' roles and capabilities regarding analytic matters
• Excellent, presentation and customer interaction skills
• Current Top Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

• Experience and familiarity working with DIA
• Familiarity with IC Directives such as ICD 203
• TS/SCI with Poly is preferred
• PMP certification from an accredited Program Management Institute is preferred, DAU certification in program management can be considered an equivalent certification
• Experience with teams performing Research and Development
• Familiarity with Confluence, Jira and SharePoint.
