SOS International, LLC (SOSi) is currently seeking an experienced Windows Services Management Team Lead to support The Regional Cyber Center - CONUS at Ft. Huachuca, AZ. The ideal candidate will possess experience in Windows desktop and server services.


  • Give direction and guidance to team members
  • Coach and mentor team members
  • Delegate responsibilities
  • Actively seek to resolve any concerns while adhering to Army policies and standards
  • Ensure organizational goals and objectives are being met by each employee and provide constructive feedback
  • Carry out administrative functions
  • Effectively troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Ensure desktop and server configuration compliance with DoD and Army regulations
  • Document technical troubleshooting efforts
  • Other duties as assigned


• Active in scope SECRET clearance or the ability to obtain Interim SECRET eligibility
• HS +6 or AA/AS +4 or BA/BS +2 years technical experience
• IAT II certification (CCNA-Security, CND, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, or SSCP) required
• Must acquire one Microsoft certification (MD-100/MD-101, or higher) within 180 days of hire
• Experience with Windows 10 and Windows Server administration
• Experience with physical and virtual (VMware) desktops
• Experience with zero client environment
• Willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as necessary

  • Ability to effectively troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Ability to research and develop creative solutions to unique problems
  • Knowledge of networking concepts
  • Ability to create and/or modify scripts (batch, PowerShell)
  • Ability to document technical troubleshooting efforts
  • Proficiency with Windows Active Directory services
  • Familiarity with McAfee Host Based Security System (HBSS)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
  • Familiarity with Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS)
  • Knowledge of DISA STIGs and IAVAs
  • Work independently and as a team member; set priorities and organize work to meet deadlines
  • Fluency in a foreign language is desirable, but not required.
