SOSi is currently seeking an experienced Technical Leader with exceptional PeopleSoft HCM version 9.2 analysis, design, development, implementation, and maintenance skills to join our team in Charleston, SC. 

• Functional Expertise: Functional SME in support of the DoS GFACS Compensation Systems. GFACS which is based on Oracle PeopleSoft’s HCM version 9.2 application suite includes North American Pay, Global Pay, and Time & Labor.
• Managerial Expertise: Initiation, planning, execution, and controlling of all project management activities and resources supporting the development, maintenance, and enhancement of the GFACS compensation systems. Includes but is not limited to management of task assignments for the team and oversee the technical soundness of solutions to be implemented.
• Technical Expertise: PeopleSoft development expertise and strong analytical and communication skills are necessary as this person will be the overall lead developer for all design/build efforts.

• S. government Secret security clearance
• Peoplecode, SQR, SQL, Application Designer, Application Engine
• Specific experience with PeopleSoft Payroll for North America, Global Payroll and Time and Labor as well as Tax Updates and Time and Labor integration with PeopleSoft HCM HR Systems and financial applications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft .Net Framework and SQL Server.

• Experience with Federal Payroll desired
• Experience with multi-national global pay implementations
• Experience managing a global delivery team across multiple geographies including Asia and Europe

• Currently full time Telework subject to returning to on-site location at government facility in Charleston, SC
