SOSi is currently seeking an experienced Secret cleared IT Manager to join our team supporting a government customer in Fairfax, Virginia.

• Analyze and identify customer information system requirements for customer related projects by designing or conducting analytical studies, cost-benefit analysis or other research, germane to the assigned projects.
• Participate with key stakeholder officials to define projects goals and coordinate preparation of a master plan for accomplishing goals. 
• Determine which phases of a project will be performed by other specialists or contractors.
• Participate in design reviews.
• Collaborate with other leaders to develop project schedules and plan resources; communicate with customers as to schedule progress while managing potential delays and risks.
• Work with the customer to define and document customer requirements.
• Create and manage team resources to ensure timely delivery of projects including requirements specifications, design documents, project plans, etc.
• Interface regularly with other delivery teams providing complementary support for other efforts.
• Supervises IT staff and provides full range of IT support for the entire program.
• Supports network infrastructure and system administration; supports VoIP phones and understands Call Manager functions.
• Supports Wireless communications.
• Manages IT help desk functions.
• Confers with managers to obtain information on limitations and capabilities of existing systems and capabilities required for projected workload.
• Assists with the planning, implementation, and supporting of the network platform.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related discipline (OR equivalent years of relevant experience, e.g. Associate's degree equals 2 years of experience; Bachelor's degree equals 4 years of experience; etc)
• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience performing Network/System Administration/Engineering related support on networks or managing IT projects/programs.
• This position requires an in-scope Secret security clearance.

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related discipline
