SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a General Services Administration (GSA) Account Executive to support the company’s Business Development organization. This position enables the company’s growth objectives by leading pursuit of GSA-assisted acquisitions and interacting, creating, and maintaining relationships with customers within the GSA, the Federal Systems Integration and Management Center (FEDSIM), and all its regions, to optimize use of the company’s government wide acquisition contracts (GWAC). The executive prepares market strategies and develops capture plans in coordination with the company’s business units for select, high-profile opportunities often involving the FEDSIM. This position reports to the Senior Vice President of Business Development.  


  • Develop and maintain GSA FEDSIM customer relationships and maintain relationships with industry partners active in the FEDSIM market.
  • Lead strategic account planning, prioritization, and FEDSIM pipeline development. Identify new services and adjacent market opportunities based on customer requirements.
  • Establish and grow existing and new customer bases by strategically seeking out and creating opportunities and channels to market.
  • Establish strategic objectives for all current and future capabilities across the GWAC vehicles.
  • Develop win strategies, solutions, and lead capture for new business pursuits.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s service offerings and be able to represent their benefits, and functionality to customers.
  • Participate in corporate trade shows and industry events.
  • Develop network of key partners to optimize win probabilities.
  • Align relationships, channels to market, pipeline, win strategies and capability development with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP)


  • Master’s Degree + 10 years’ of professional business development experience, or Bachelor’s Degree + 15 years of experience, or high school degree with 20 or more years of professional business development experience.
  • Demonstrated track record of winning work with FEDSIM.
  • Must possess the ability to work across organizational boundaries and jurisdictions, leading customer meetings and cross-discipline teams in development of customer solutions.
  • Exceptional demonstrated verbal communication, presentation, writing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to gain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
  • Foreign language skills are a plus.
