• Provides Subject Matter Expert (SME) support to the Intelligence and Security Command’s (INSCOM) Foundry Program Office and assists the Army Intelligence Community with intelligence training and readiness objectives.
• Training comprises a systematic, coordinated approach to using all intelligence and analytic tools appropriate to the analytic and operational mission.
• Training emphasizes methods of interaction between the various Intelligence Community (IC) analytic tools, emphasize the use of analytic tools to produce intelligence products analysis, and is tailorable by discipline and mission.
• Candidate will provide instruction and training support to the overall operation and functioning of the INSCOM G-37 TREX Training Support Services Task Order.
• Provide instruction, instructional assistance, and appropriate scenario development support for intelligence personnel, teams, and units in support of SIGINT.
• Develop and revise Tactical through Strategic SIGINT equipment Training Support Packages (TSP) and familiarization and sustainment training, including individual to collective training materials and scenarios.

• Minimum of 15 years as an Army MOS 35P or 35N or other service equivalent.
• Current TS/SCI clearance with Public (PKI) certificates to operate on NSAnet databases.
• Current Oversight training (VUport classes OVSC1000, 1100 and 1800).
• Intelligence Oversight Officer training (VUport training TOOL1200 and OVSC 2201).
• Trusted Agent Training (Receive training and certification from a current Trusted Agent.
• Unit Auditor Training (VUport training OVSC3101).
• Working knowledge of the SIGINT.

• Top Secret, Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) w/Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
