Responsibilities

  • Provides Subject Matter Expert (SME) support to the Intelligence and Security Command’s (INSCOM) Foundry Program Office and assists the Army Intelligence Community with intelligence training and readiness objectives. Training comprises a systematic, coordinated approach to using all intelligence and analytic tools appropriate to the analytic and operational mission.
  • Emphasize methods of interaction between the various Intelligence Community (IC) analytic tools, emphasize the use of analytic tools to produce intelligence products analysis, and is tailorable by discipline and mission. Candidate will provide instruction and training support to the overall operation and functioning of the INSCOM G-37 TREX Training Support Services Task Order.
  • Accountable for all aspects of the Collective Training Exercise Integrator Task Oversight functions assigned to the Contractor personnel staff. Manages the hands-on, day-to-day accountability of CTEIs.
  • Assists PM in assessing new hires and ensures Contractor personnel are trained, are capable and maintain their job currency.
  • Provide liaison and direct support to the operational commander and Foundry Site.
  • Director responsible for generating an operational environment for home station collective training exercises.
  • Supports Army, Joint, Combined WFXs, training the intelligence elements of brigade combat teams, functional and multi-functional brigades, expeditionary sustainment command and sustainment brigades, and Army special operations forces embedded or standalone Warfighter Exercises (WFX). Scenarios will feature the Decisive Action Training Environment (DATE), make use of hybrid threat doctrine, and integrate Unified Action Partner capabilities to meet operational training objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of Army military intelligence experience as enlisted, warrant officer, or officer (or combination of) OR Master's degree and at least 8 years of Army military intelligence experience as enlisted, warrant officer, or officer (or combination of).
  • At least 3 iterations in a Combat Training Center (CTC) rotational unit serving in an Intelligence capacity Familiarization with DATE, employment of Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, and Simulations (TADSS), Mission Scenario Event List (MSEL) development, and Synthetic Training Environment Initiatives (STE).
  • In-Scope DoD Active Top Secret, Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exercise Observer/Controller/Trainer (OC/T) experience preferred.
  • Fluency in a foreign language preferred but not required.
